I'm connecting to FTP via ftp.mydomain.com which is not connecting? Print

  • 0

Connecting to FTP via the domain name can produce problems if the name servers of the domain have just been changed over to ours or are not on our name servers yet.

FTP would have to be accessed via the IP address of the FTP server which can be found at the bottom of the page on Online Control Panel.
